12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

Contest Rules

 

The 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway is open to persons 18 years of age or older, residing in North America.

Contest details will be posted only on Instagram (jenna_falk_tattoo) and Facebook (JennaFalktattoo) respectively.

Each day of the contest, running from December 1st until December 12th 2024, a new giveaway will be announced on social media, as well as how to enter each giveaway.

​

Prizes will be mentioned each day, and will change day by day, as well as the requirements to win each respective prize.

​

Prizes can be transferred to any person over the age of 18 years old.

​

Prizes MUST be claimed (or service booked) by Thursday, July 31st 2025.

​Prizes that remain unclaimed after Thursday, July 31st 2025, will become VOID.

​

Prizes have no cash value, are non-refundable, and therefore cannot be redeemed for cash. Winner or persons gifted, will forfeit the prize if they are unable to accept the prize as stated.

​

Winners will be posted on social media accounts listed above, as prizes are claimed. This may include personal information such as the winner's first and last name, as well as Facebook or Instagram handle or name, including the respective account photo.

Photo sent in by winner may also be posted. No other personal information will be shared.

​

Prizes that are redeemable for discounted services will need to be booked into the schedule by Jenna Falk, or by using the booking form on this website, jennafalktattoo.com no later than July 31st 2025.

​

Prizes with percentage discounts (ornaments only) will need to be proved, by bringing in the ornament directly to Jenna on the day of the booked service to be claimed. This would be equal to presenting a gift card or certificate in order to qualify for purchase discount.

 

Winners have until July 31st 2025 to claim their prize.
